Fragmented treasury operations
Internationally active SMEs can operate across several banks, payment providers,
accounting tools, ERP systems and spreadsheets. We are investigating where this
fragmentation creates material operational cost, lack of visibility or control.
Manual financial workflows
Reconciliation, payment follow-up, cash visibility, reporting and document handling
may still require manual work. Our current priority is to validate which of these
workflows are painful enough to justify a dedicated product.
Possible entry point
International payments and collections are being evaluated as one possible entry point
into the treasury workflow — not as the assumed final product or sole source of differentiation.
Designed to remain provider-independent
We are evaluating financial infrastructure providers while aiming to preserve the ability
to connect with multiple banks, PSPs and other providers where technically and
contractually feasible and subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Areas under exploration
- International payment and collection workflows
- Transaction tracking, reconciliation and treasury reporting
- ERP, accounting and banking data connectivity
- A unified treasury data layer and operational workspace
- Cash visibility, forecasting and workflow automation
- Future decision-support and treasury intelligence capabilities
Important: Aeraris is currently a working project name. The project is
currently in pre-incorporation and is not currently a bank, payment institution,
electronic money institution, crypto-asset service provider or other regulated financial
institution. It does not currently hold, safeguard, custody or move customer funds.
References to potential payments, collections, financial connectivity, automation or treasury
intelligence describe areas under evaluation. Any future functionality would depend on the
appropriate product design, third-party infrastructure, contractual arrangements and regulatory
structure.
The project does not claim partnership, endorsement, certification or regulatory status with
any bank, payment provider, infrastructure provider or other third party unless such a
relationship has been formally established.
